Administrative Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00

Immunizations:

Walk-ins: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 - 4:30

Appointments Only: Tuesday & Thursday 8:00 - 4:30

TB Testing: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 - 4:30

Women, Infant & Children Program (WIC):

Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00

Walk-in Services (including blood pressure checks, pregnancy testing, continuity of contraceptive methods, blood glucose):

Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 - 4:30

All other services by appointment only. Service hours may temporarily change from time to time. Please call 620.326.2774 for additional details or to schedule an appointment.
