Motor Pool Division:

Manager: Tim Neal 

Foreman: Doug Finch 

Division responsibilities:

• Maintain all department equipment
• Servicing all equipment
• Repair all equipment on job sites
• Maintaining all equipment records
• Snow and ice equipment maintenance and repair

Additional work:

• Grounds maintenance
• Monitoring motor pool budget
• Maintain fuel records and shop work records
• Unloading of materials purchased
• Assignment sheet and radio log records
• Assist with snow and ice removal
• Assist with hazardous and emergency conditions

Motor Pool Maintenance:

The intent is to provide safe equipment and to protect the investment in equipment already purchased. Economic justification of repairs is necessary.
